Can we start without a detailed brief?
Yes. Tell us the background, where it'll be used and when it goes live. We'll shape the brief with you — goals and constraints beat polished wording every time.
What does a quote cover?
Usually creative, design, build, testing, on-site delivery and after-launch support. Priced by workload and complexity, not off a rate card. And it doesn't creep up mid-project.
How do you work outside Yunnan?
Day to day it's remote. For on-site work we travel. We ask for venue, network and equipment details early, so we can rehearse and keep a Plan B ready.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. For pitches and confidential projects we sign first, talk second. In showcase work, client names and sensitive details come out.
